•What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

•will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

•How do I check the estimated delivery date for any product?

Enter your delivery pin code on the product detail page to know the estimated delivery days for it.

•How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email: -

1. Email order confirmation

2. Text message order confirmation.

3. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped

•How Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling us on + 91 9653919145 or email us at – info@kalistakarpets.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

•Is there any hidden cost?

For United States : No hidden cost. Listed price is final inclusive of all duties taxes and shipping.

For international shipment: There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at info@kalistakarpets.com

•How can I pay?

You can pay using your debit card, credit card, cash wallets or internet banking through our secure payment gateway.

You can also pay us via PayPal.

You can also pay through Bank Transfer.

•Is shipping free? 

India: Free Shipping in India

International: Shipping Worldwide. Duties & Taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

•Are the prices, which appear on the website, inclusive of all taxes and duties?

For United States: No hidden cost. Listed price is final inclusive of all duties taxes and shipping.

•Do you offer an EMI option? 

In India: Yes. We provide an EMI option for payment at the payment page post checkout.

International: No. At the moment, there is no EMI option available.

Order Cancellation

•How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order? 

Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. Please get in touch with us for the same at + 91 9653919145 or info@kalistakarpets.com

•When can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be canceled once the shipment has been made.

Return Policy

•What is your return policy? 

India: All items purchased online are eligible for 7 days hassle-free return. For more details click here In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. In such cases, we can arrange for the logistics.

International: Return policy is applicable to manufacturing defects only. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at info@kalistakarpets.com

Note: "7 Days Hassle Free Return" is not applicable on custom rugs.

•How do I know if an item is eligible for a return

An item is eligible for return within 7 days of the receipt date of your order. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you

•After how many days can I return an item? 

You can return the item within 7 days of the receipt.

•How long does it take to process the refund?

If the item is damage-free, a refund will be initiated by us within 48 hours after passing through quality checks, it may take 7-8 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

•Where do you send the refund?

Refund is processed through the same payment method which was used to place the order.

•I did not receive an email after initiating a return? 

Call us or email us to re-request a copy of the email. We will resend it on your registered email address.

•I am an international customer, does the return policy apply to me? 

No, as of now 7 days hassle free return policy is valid for customers in India only. For international customers our Warranty Policy is applicable.

•What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way, or just not the item I ordered?

India: Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at info@kalistakarpets.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email, we will ensure a resolution within 1 working day.

Bespoke/ Custom rugs

•Do you make customized rugs? 

Yes, sure we make customized rugs. You can mail us your requirement at info@kalistakarpets.com or share your details here. Also, you can inquire for custom sizes in our existing products from the 'custom size' option mentioned in the product detail page.

Rug Quality

•Do the rugs come with a warranty?

Yes. Every rug comes with a 3 months warranty. To know more, check our warranty policy here.

•What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way, or just not the item I ordered? 

India: Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at info@kalistakarpets.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email, we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.

•Are true colors shown on your website for rug image?

Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image. • If I share my room picture with you, will you be able to suggest a good rug Yes, of course. Just share your pictures via mail at info@kalistakarpets.com and our design consultants will suggest the best possible options for your requirement.

• How do I arrange my rug in my room (living room/dining room/ bedroom/ indoor-outdoor areas) For information on how to arrange area rugs in various living spaces see our tips and diagramed layouts.

• How can I prevent my carpet from slipping off from the floor when I walk on it It is easy! A rug pad will make all the difference. You may try our rug pads.

•Is there a possibility to get my rug for a home trial?

In case of a defect is found kindly notify us via e-mail at info@kalistakarpets.com or call + 91 9653919145 along with 3 images of the damaged rug/carpet. If the defect is found to be of the nature covered under the warranty policy, we will provide you the best possible resolution. Warranties are non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is also required. Logistic charges are to be borne by the customers; Kalista Karpets can arrange for pickup & delivery for customer vantage. If Jaipur Rugs replaces your rug under any of the limited warranties, the remaining portion of the warranty period will be based on your original purchase date.

Defects outside product warranty entitlement:

• Shedding. (This can be reduced by vacuuming the rug at a low power mode at least once a week)

• Occasional sprouting pulls or loss of single tufts of fiber.

• Color and texture changes due to the use of natural fibers and dyes or prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat or certain atmospheric gases.

• Rolling marks. (These can disappear with routine vacuuming)

• Matting and crushing in rugs, which can be minimized by proper maintenance of the rug.

• Rugs recently removed from a bag may have an odor that can dissipate by placing the rug (back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
