The word ‘Kalista’ is of Greek origin, defining ‘the most beautiful one’. ‘The Bhagvat Gita’, often called ‘the song of god’, is the holy book of Hindus, it encompasses spiritual wisdom conveyed through the Hindu god ‘Krishna’ who is regarded as eternally Beautiful. One of many names of ‘Krishna’ is ‘Kalista’, manifesting his most beautiful form.

Our slogan is derived from ‘the Bhagvat Gita’, ‘Krishna’ unravels to ‘Arjuna’, the character personifying humanity in ‘Bhagvat Gita’, in verse-50 of chapter-2 about the secret of “Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam”, Yoga is excellence at work, this verse advises us to perform our allocated duty in an excellent manner. ‘Kaushalam’ signifies doing work with devotion and without attachment, without becoming a workaholic, such a detached attitude enhances its values and improves the concentration and skill of the worker. If we work with elegance, fortitude, and skill our Body-Mind-Soul will cooperate with our hands. Any work becomes valuable if carried out with full concentration, and dedication. These abilities also help us to become valuable to others as well as to society.

Kalista Exports & Traders is orchestrated by Ms Meenu Kapoor. She is an intellectual computer engineer with an experience of almost 10 years. She was made the head of her department post-graduation and it is her ambition to produce the most premium and stunning interior home designs. She has ornamented houses and flats with her proficient work group. After settling in Bikaner, Rajasthan, she made her association with high-quality and exclusive raw material manufacturers and many present manufacturers of the carpet industry.

She contracted her relations for the production of raw materials and assembled craftsmen and craftswomen for the production.

Our company supplied rugs for the domestic markets and retailers back in 2008, gathering expertise in domestic business, she communicated with CEPC, the Carpet Export and Promotion Council of India. By the year 2011, they helped us take our business worldwide and export to any country, the buyer may demand.

Bikaner is the second largest market for wool, where wool of different quality, sizes, patterns, and colors is easily attainable Carpets have evolved from merely being necessary for the heating of our homes to now becoming a prime segment of the interior decoration industry.

Our Carpets give a delightful, welcoming, and comfortable feeling, while still maintaining the standards of a luxurious environment.
